A beautiful pair of bright blue Sleeping Beauty turquoise stones are set in 18k yellow gold bezels for a simple, yet eye-catching pair of earrings. The back of the earrings, the posts and the ear nuts are all sterling silver. These stones measure 8 mm which is small and comfortable enough to wear everyday, but colorful enough to be noticed!

***Sleeping Beauty turquoise comes from the Sleeping Beauty Mine near Globe, Arizona. It is known for its solid, bright blue color without much matrix. The mine was closed in the summer of 2012 until further notice, so this turquoise is becoming more expensive and difficult to find. Associated with the throat chakra, turquoise has long been considered a protective stone by many different cultures.***
